Sutus court is ideal for location, rooms cleaned every day, staff very nice and helpfull, never tried the food or pool so I can't comment. Ok, it's dated but serves a purpose, I can't say a lot more, really oh the beds are hard and hurt my back. I needed a softer mattress but I never complained.

Sutus Court 1 Hotel is well placed amongst the vibrant nightlife of central Pattaya. Being situated right on Soi Buakhao the hotel is amongst the famous hot spots such as LK Metro, Soi Diana, Tree Town, Soi Pothole and more. If you are planning to make the most of Pattaya nightlife then this hotel is perfect for you. The most impressive element of this hotel is the excellent and friendly service from the staff. One would think that good service is given in Thailand, known for the famous Thai smile and the easygoing nature of Thai people. But sadly this is not always the case and especially in very touristy areas. But pleased to declare that the hotel staff were simply wonderful. They dealt with all my questions and needs at any time of day. For example I needed a taxi at 3:00 am this was easily arranged. Sure I paid a handsome amount but pleased they provided this for me. All other interaction with the staff was pleasurable and I felt very welcome indeed. They were simply lovely. I speak some Thai and this as always provides some fun moments when I interact and from the moment I arrived I felt a lovely friendly connection with the staff. The rooms were a very good size, comfortable with a large bathroom and hot shower with good pressure. My room had a great view out the front of the street and despite this street view the noise was not an issue. There are rooms set further back, which I imagine would be much quieter should noise be a concern. There are no security safes in the room but the hotel provides small key lock safes at the back of the front office. You are given a key and simply access the safe behind the front desk as and when you need items. So be aware these safes are small and would not house a camera and lenses or similar larger items. The rooms were cleaned daily and although the hotel is not brand new, it has its charm and effort is made to keep the entire environment smart and tidy. I feel the price is right for what you are offered and thus an excellent mid range price choice. There is a small pool at the back with easy chairs and this is perfect spot to unwind. It gets the sun for a period of time and you may need to plan when that is if you fancy sunbathing. It’s also quite popular and so consider grabbing a seat when you can. All around the hotel are numerous places to eat and drink and enjoy the famous nightlife. With 7-11’s close by and all other necessary services I really cant fault its position in this busy part of Pattaya I will return to this lovely hotel without a doubt and can recommend it as a wonderful and extremely friendly hotel at an affordable price.

Stayed here a couple of days ago. Excellent value for money. Big rooms, plenty of storage space. Addition of a kettle would be a bonus but there is hot water for tea downstairs. Big bathroom with good lighting. I have stayed before in Sutus Court 3 which is nearly as good but a little tired.

A good centrally based property. The staff friendly enough But, The rooms very tired, rock hard bed and pillows. Very noisy from other guests and the street. (24 hours). The water in the swimming pool, ice cold. Building works going on all around the Hotel. I had to move out, after 2 nights.

WiFi is appalling in both fourth and fifth floors . Noise at night from shouting guest’s in room floor below unable to sleep . Hard bed and pillows . Staff uninterested. Very disappointed . Would never stay here again .
